dear friend; alzil is medication for a condition of memory loss known as dementia. Your mother must be 60 yes or more right? so the list of medications you wrote for this age is too strong plus loss of balance & uncontrolled urination suggests something far more serious than depression. Hence take her to a Psychiatrist As soon as possible as this might be an emergency & for further help; get back to me. good luck

In dementia, behavioral problems are common, if you discuss the same with your treating doctor or any psychiatrist, they would give medication to reduce the irritability, argumentative behavior and improve sleep. Good luck.

Yes. It would affect. Not only the speed of recovery, but the response of medications would be less effective if not taken regularly. Also, the symptoms might reappear.

Hello
no as such it will not cause any major problem. However it is recommended that medicine should not be left with patient. It should be given by caregiver on regular basis for avoiding over dosing or pt may miss to take the prescribed dose.

Many respiratory infections start out as a dry cough, and then become a wet cough or productive cough as the lungs start to produce more sputum. Some types of chronic cough or severe cough may remain a dry cough, or become a persistent dry cough.
if it persists for a longer time , it may cause some severe throat and lung problems. your mother may need a medical consultation.

Hi lybrate-user,
your mom may be suffering from dizziness due to many causes. Since you list hypertension, depression, memory loss/amnesia as her medical conditions and that she is currently on medications like donep, lanxtra, divalprid and petril, I suggest that you re-consult the prescribing physician regarding your mother's recurrent dizziness and loss of balance as well as consciousness. If this is more easy to do online, I suggest that you contact the undersigned for a second opinion.
