Stalopam is an antidepressant and anxiolytic. You should not get hooked to trika, as it is alprazolam and can be highly addictive and harmful on the longer run. Better you consult a psychiatrist and get treated as the symptoms are that of anxiety. What was your Vit B 12 level, has it become normal, have you rechecked it with another lab. Missing one dose may not have an effect as the half life of these medications is quite long. However ensure that you take medication as prescribed on time so that you get relief from your symptoms.
