You can consult me for more doubts and medications regarding this by clicking on my photo and clicking on book appointment, however if you found my answer helpful, please leave a thanks /good feedback as it helps me with my practice. Thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for your query on Lybrate
"As" per your clinical history is concerned in your case it is [-ve] because your s.typhi h antigen is 1: 160 and you have already been vaccinated 2 years ago, so to be positive it should be more than [1: 160], So to confirm further check your total white cell count now if it is low or high.
Hope that helps.

Taking anti d at 28 weeks is recommended. But in government set up we do not give it routinely at 28 weeks as many patients will not be affordable. Though we give anti d within 72 hours after birth mandatorily. Anti d at 28 weeks offers better protection against sensitization to rh antigens. But when it is not possible to get it done, anti d within 72 hours of birth should be sufficient.
