Dear lybrate-user, relax and calm down. Do you smoke cigarettes and do you drink alcohol. What apart from swallowing difficulty are your complaints. You see ,you have not given a proper history. Please consult a good ent specialist as you require endoscopic evaluation of your voice box and swallowing problem.
