Acne or pimples. Due to hormonal changes. Oily skin causes it. Common in adolescent age. May occur in adults also. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne. So, please send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello lybrate-user
thanks for reaching out.
25 days is a long time after the injury to get a tetanus shot. When was the last time you got a tetanus shot? Erthromycin is an antibiotic, not to be taken on and off casually, you would do more harm than good.
I would like to know more about your symptoms and a clinical picture of your leg, specially at the site of injury would be very helpful in advising you appropriately.

Dear Lybrate user, apart from self medication have you undergone any blood reports or x-rays? You are very young and aware about health status.
You need to provide some more information about your habits like alcohol intake if any, smoking, tobacco, quantity of daily tea/coffee, working hours etc. Please feel free to communicate with me after online appointment through Lybrate.
Thanks and regards.

Dear lybrate-user
I prefer you get tested for covid if possible. Keep yourself isolated from other family members for few days till all your symptoms come down. Strep throat is a bacterial infection but in covid pandemic we cannot say it's strep untill proved. As far as treatment is concerned
tab azithromycin 500 once daily for 5 days
tab naproxen 500 once after food only when throat pains
tab pantop 40 mg once before breakfast for 5 days.
