I have corynebacterium pitted keratolysis in my feet with itching and pain odor I tried amoxicillin orl and erythromycin cream and oral doxycycline augmentin oral tetracycline cream without results what I can do please doctor i'm surfing with this odor because I have allergy in my nose and I can't accept this odor more cause i'm having a hard time breathing.

I have develop lichen simplex on scrotum or can be called scrotal dermatitis. I do not have much itch however I do have burning sensation. Skin is also peeling of after 3-4 days. HI, I am 17 years old boy, I do get frequent pimples on my face but now all of a sudden I have got 7 pimples at a time which seems to be continuing one after the other. Last years my dermatologist had prescribed me erythromycin500 and clindamycin topical which were very effective then, but now when I have taken 2 doses of it but it does not seem to work anymore but is further ruining my face with more pimples. So doctors if you could suggest some oral or topical medications.

I am better now except cough. I lost my appetite post above episode. I am also suffering from nausea and flatulence. Should I take antacid like pan d, razo d. Etc. I stepped on a nail in my yard 25 says ago. I am feeling some pain in my right leg. Sometimes I take erythromycin and feel a bit better, but afterwards the pain comes back. I can get a tetanus vaccine shot from a pharmacy. Is this recommended? What else can be done? Info: there is very little or. No swelling on the leg. I am not showing any common symptoms of tetanus infection, except for the mild pain in my legs I also have azithromycin. Can this be used? Thanks for the help!

25 days is a long time after the injury to get a tetanus shot. When was the last time you got a tetanus shot? Erthromycin is an antibiotic, not to be taken on and off casually, you would do more harm than good.
I would like to know more about your symptoms and a clinical picture of your leg, specially at the site of injury would be very helpful in advising you appropriately.
