lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the query, but there is no relevant information for giving any advice. Please give all the necessary details like: fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, BP reading, TSH level and drugs being taken with dosage, weight, height, extent of daily exercise and diet pattern. Then only I can give some suggestions. Thanks.

Palpitations are common if diet is restricted. Reduce sugar and starch, increase traditional health foods like nuts poultry and dairy foods. Sometimes it is due to anemia. If you improve diet anaemia, if present, should get corrected.
Sometimes a beta blocker can be added, specially if bp is still on higher side. Occasionally a medical check for thyroid etc is required.

Take rest for 1 or 2 days. Avoid measuring BP on impulse. Measure monthly on fixed date, and only after resting for 10 mins. It rises during any stress, travel, activity etc, but unless it is over 180 when measured after 10 mins rest, don't alter medicines.

Hello lybrate-user. your pain has nothing to do with your Lymphocyte count alone. It may b due to Strain over particular heel due to either Long standing or Improper posture / Worn out or inappropriate footwear too. Fond out which is d reason for your heel pain & Correct it.
Since you have BP in your 30's It's best if you adopt Yoga in your Lifestyle so that you need not depend on taking Tablets for your BP in this age. Kindly think over about it. Takecare.
