Hi Make a powdered preparation of dried ginger root, long pepper, black pepper, and black salt in equal quantities. Have 1 teaspoon of this mixture at bedtime with lukewarm water and 2 to 3 teaspoons of psyllium husk...take pranacharya virechan churna or triphala churna 1 tsf in warm water before sleep at night....take chitrakadi vati 1- tab after lunch and dinner...take 5-7 munakkas with milk...eat papaya in fruits ...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....avoid alcoho...more

It is not safe. To use Alprazolam for a long period. It is not the drug for chest pain, tingling sensation in arm. Get yourself examined by a physician and follow the advice and treatment.

at 20, avoid any anti anxiety or sleeping tablets.
Read books, watch less violence on tv, do positive fruitful activities & avoid negative people.
Take a glass of warm milk with a spoon of honey in it.
Listening to soothing music helps.

yes you are advised to taper of the medicine as it has many side effects like short term memory.Start taking ayurvedic medicines along with it and slowly taper this medicinne.take brahmi vati 1 bd ,sarasvatarishth 20 ml twice daily after meal.do pranayam daily atleast 1 hour and drink plenty of water.You will get benefits in 1 month

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Dear Sir Long term use of alprazolam cam make you dependent on it and you will need to take increasing dose to get the same effect. It can affect your mood, lead to irritability, mood swings, depression, loss of appetite, feeling drowsy all the time, decrease in concentration, memory issues, suddenly stopping the medication can cause increased anxiety, sleep problems and seizures.
