You can take clonotril or alprazolam when you are not in an asthmatic attack , if only there is absolute need

Alprazolam is a short acting benzodiazepine and has been used to treat anxiety though preferably not long term. So I advise review and assessment by the psychiatrist of symptoms and medications.
