Since you are already taking Zyloric twice a day, that should help in controlling the symptoms of gout. This drug has to be taken for long before it helps reduce uric acid level. Dosage can be increased slowly to get better result. Better to contact your doctor who has prescribed the medicine. To control there may be a need for additional treatment. Thanks.
