Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

Usually diabetic person suffers from constipation at this age.
My advise is use only ayurvedic drugs to avoid any side effects. Go for a walk in the morning regularly. You can also do some specific yoga exercises. Take more and more fibrous and liquid diet.
