Dextromethorphan should be avoided in small children.
Only give syp flucold 2.5 ml three times a day.

Hexicof ls has antihistaminics and levosalbutamol and mucolytics. Since you r already on and inhalers montek fx which has antihistaminics already and bronchodilators I will not advice using a substitute. Its better to find plain mucolytics of some other brand.

No it is not necessary unless child is wheezing. Wait for day or two, if there is fever associated with cough and cold see paediatrician again.

Dear Doctor, I was suffering from throat pain and cough yesterday so I took "TusQ-X+"Syrup. After consuming this I felt Shivering and fear some moths back I faced same when I consumed "ALKOF" syrup. So only doctor changed syrup from ALKOF to TusQ again I'm facing this. Is my body not adjusting to syrup. please give suggestions what to do when I got shivering and fear.

Generally it is due to food allergy
Daily keep observing what ur eating and what food causing ur problem
And avoid those foods
Avoid packed food
Avoid junk food
