1) during pregnancy darkening happens because of hormonal changes and one can not prevent and should not hormonal changes.
2) with so many ingredients no one can give scientific answer as no such scientific studies exist still confirm with skin specialist.

Most likely it is a UTI combined with vaginal infection which could be either bacterial or fungal or both, so now you just need to take an antibiotic course orally with candid vag tabs to be inserted Vaginally along with urispas and alkaline citra syrup ,drink loads of water and maintain personal hygiene by changing your under garments two to three times a day.

You have not mentioned about the competency of the “junctions “. If they are incompetent, you will need intervention for the healing of ulcers or else it will keep recurring. If the junctions are competent, get a Mr. venogram of ivc and both lower limbs done to check for any outflow instruction in the deep veins.

My second time pregnancy section scarline seems to be infected. The wound was oozing pus but unfortunately the pus culture test done twice has come out all normal. The wound has now stopped oozing pus from last 2 days but the gynae does not seem happy n convinced with the healing. I am dressing since past 2 weeks combined with antibiotics such as moxikind first, later lenovav 250 and now zady 500. Today there was no pus oozing from my wound yet gynae asked staff to clean my wound with some liquid hydrogen and betadine followed by dressing. Perhaps shes not happy with the healing n recovery. And I am supposed to take zady 500 for next 3 days. My gynae claims that since pus culture report is normal we have to do all this hit n trial in treatment. Tomorrow she plans to call the surgeon who performed my section surgery for seeking his opinion n advice. I am very worried now as to what maybe cause of this infection n what steps I should take to get my wound to heal soon. Please advice what could be the possible causes for my infection? Should I take second opinion from some bigger hospital to arrest this situation early or wait and cooperate with the existing approach of my gynae. Confused and very worried. My age is 37 and I have a lump of sagging skin falling over the incision site too but I have been avoiding too much sitting position due to same reason.

Sir I had some infection in my ear due to which it was paining, so I went an ent specialist. Dr. Prescribed me 1. Aulanic lb 2. Autflamsp 3. Go wax e/d 4. Shotrab dsr capsules. After taking these for 7 days on my second visit he prescribed me 1. Gastroheal d capsule 2. Lzin m 3. Twinactive 625 tab 4. Go ear wax drop. After 4 days I went again I told him that every think is fine now but there is some kind of discomfort going on like while sleeping when I move my head it looked like something was coming in contact with eardrum or something else. Also when I put pressure on eustachian tube by blocking air I noticed that in infected ear there was lot of noise or sound due to some moving inside my ear or something else but the other ear was fine. But he said that it was nothing it would be alright on its own in 1 to 2 days. But it did not be normal in 7 days but the pain in my ear started again and it was itching so I inserted cotton in my ear I saw black substance instead of ear wax and it had no smell. It also used to come when I went to Dr. When I had pain the first time. So please tell me did the doctor investigated the ear well or he just said now I was fine. And what is the problem I am having in my ear. And it is happening the same way it did the first time. Should I go to Dr. Again or should I put some hydrogen peroxide in my ear to try and clean it myself. Will be waiting for your answer.

You should not attempt to clean ear yourself as it poses risk of damage to your eardrum. Get a proper ear examinaion by an ent specialist.

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man health, wealthy and wise. But since you are in the night shift to earn a living, try to catch sleep as much as possible. Do pranayam and yoga. Take Sache Citra Soda to alkanise your internal environment. Consult a doctor if the problem persists.

Get URINE-RM and Urine_CS (culture -sensitivity). Test done for proper guidance. Take plenty of liquids. Avoid fried / junk food during menstrual cycle. For pain you can use Antispasmodic tab. Feel free to ask privately with details of your reports for more scientific suggestions.

Hydrogen peroxide itself is a harmful chemical, but it is diluted before being used on the hair so only a small amount goes on your head. As many people associate hydrogen peroxide with damage to the hair, some companies are looking to use alternatives. Bleaching the hair just isn’t possible without an oxidising agent such as hydrogen peroxide.
I personally feel the PPD in dye is more damaging.
