Itching and pain may be due to bacterial or fungal skin infection. Bacterial infection could have responded to ciprofloxacin. Fungal infection has to be ruled out. Sometimes severe scratching leads to skin damage and starts paining. Needs clinical examinations. Please consult a dermatologist.

Yes she is probably suffering from antibiotic-induced diarrhea. This happens because the antibiotics kill the good bacteria along with disease causing ones. She needs probiotics to replenish the loss. For prescription, you can contact me with a paid consult.

Most likely you have more than one stones, which keep on producing pain. Get a plain ct kub or a usg to confirm the size and stone number. Continue drinking lots of water and low salt. If stone burden is high, surgery might help you.

1. Martifur Mr. 100 (nitrofurantoin) is a good antibiotic and no need to use levofloxacin. 2. Drink plenty of fluids and re evaluates blood sugars and glycemic control. 3. If he is on sglt2 inhibitor drugs (canagliflozin, dapagliflozin, and empagliflozin) for diabetes, it can cause recurrent uti. 4. If he has recurrent uti, get urine culture and sensitivity for definitive treatment.
