Dear Lybrateuser, - The best natural source of vit d is sunlight, 15-20 min daily in sunlight between 10 am-3 pm is the ideal time for optimum absorption - also foods rich in vit d like fish, dairy products, cheese, milk, egg, fortified foods such as orange juice, cereals can be consumed
- you will also require a supplement to increase your vit d level.

Hi
Your vitamin d level is low. You need vitamin d supplements. Also have more of fish, egg and dairy products. Going out in sun between 11 to 1: 00 helps in making your own vitamin d
B12 is borderline. B12 is rich in animal foods like organ meat. Till the levels improve you can take supplements Others are ok.

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query.
Liver enzymes may increase in some persons with development of fatty liver. (Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease, NAFLD). There is no specific remedy for this condition other than weight reduction and taking a healthy diet, plus doing regular exercise. For reducing uric acid, foods containing high purines should be avoided like red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods, alcohol, colas etc. Thanks.
