Hello I am 22+ years old I am suffering from extreme gingivitis since almost 1.5 years actually this time back I went to dentist for checkup he adviced me to fill 5 tooth due to cavity he did it and the story began before that I was not having flammation and itching between tooth then in on of my tooth he did rct as I was feeling much sensitivity unfirtunately that went unsuccessful his services were fucking bad and I hate him a lot then after I visited another dentist and he told me that rct was not done properly he then did re-rct then also he performed laser for that tooth but I am still feeling sensation inthat tooth he also told me that I m suffering from gingivitis infected pockets has already taken place between tooth where filling were done every week he operates those pockets with fine scaler and with hydrogen metro or what its being its be more than one year under this doctor and I am not getting results please I beg of you please tell me is gingivitis curable I am fed up and depressed I am in depression as its unbearable for me to survive with this stubborn infection I am really not getting effects of treatment please tell me what to do next

Dear , I can understand what you are feeling - but feeling this way may not help you. Now that the re rct has been done - and your gums have been treated - I would advise you to do something simple - take lukewarm saline water and rinse your mouth at least with 10 to 12 glasses a day. I AM SUFFERING FROM varicose VENOUS VEINS PROBLEMS AND ONE OR TWO ULCERS HAV erupted. ON DOING COLOUR doppler IT HAS BEEN FOUND THAT THERE ARE 3 INCOMPETENTENT PERFORATORS 1) JUST ABOVE ANKLE, MEDIAL HOFFAS3. 4 MM 2) T2 perforation, IN THE CALF 2.7 MM 3) T 2 perforation WEAK JUST BELOW KNEE, 3 MM LEFT LOWER LIMB HOFFAS perforation, 1.7 MM, 2 INCHES ABOVE ANKLE 2) T 2 perforation, 6 INCHES ABOVE 2.1 MM WHEN THE WOUND/ULCER erupts PAIN IS THERE. I CLEAN THE SAME WITH DETTOL. HYDROGEN PEROXIDE SOLUTION & betadine SOLUTION. THEN APPLY BETADINE OINTMENT IS APPLIED ON THE WOUND/S. ONCE THE SOLUTION IS DRIED UP I APPLY vaseline WITH aloevera ON ALL PARTS EXCEPT ON THE WOUNDS AND ALLOW TO DRY THE vaseline. THEN I PUT A BANDAGE ON THE WOUNDS AND PUT CRAPE BANDAGE ON BOTH THE LEGS FROM ANKLE TO KNEE. COLOUR CHANGES ALREADY IS THERE AND SOME TIME SWELLING ALSO APPEAR. ONCE I TAKE DUE CARE THINGS ARE UNDER CONTROL. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER ANY REMEDY OTHER THAN SURGERY. IS THERE ANY MEDICINE WITH PROVEN RECOVERY FOR THIS PROBLEM. IF SO PLEASE INFORM. REGARDS.

You have not mentioned about the competency of the “junctions “. If they are incompetent, you will need intervention for the healing of ulcers or else it will keep recurring. If the junctions are competent, get a Mr. venogram of ivc and both lower limbs done to check for any outflow instruction in the deep veins.
