According to your history, surrounding area of your pierced part has some secondary infection. Continue cleaning with h2o2 or betadin. Also you may start some oral and topical antibiotics. Still not improve after above therapy, visit a dermatologist.

Hi. There are different types of paronychia and treatment modalities are also different. For acute paronychia oral and topical antibiotics are usually prescribed and for chronic paronychia antifungal tablet and steroid plus antibiotic combination cream is usually helpful.
