According to your history, surrounding area of your pierced part has some secondary infection. Continue cleaning with h2o2 or betadin. Also you may start some oral and topical antibiotics. Still not improve after above therapy, visit a dermatologist.

Hi. There are different types of paronychia and treatment modalities are also different. For acute paronychia oral and topical antibiotics are usually prescribed and for chronic paronychia antifungal tablet and steroid plus antibiotic combination cream is usually helpful. Apart from taking oral treatment with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medication I will suggest you to clean the wound with normal saline solution and do dry dressing and don't apply any ointment.

Apply bhringraj oil on your scalp then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.
