Hi! depending on the history and symptoms explained, you are allergic to antacid preparations. Please do not use antacid for certain period of time.in case of unavoidable circumstances, use levocetrizine tablet to control itching. Use coconut oil twice daily to releive itchiness.

There are better medications than flumod for anxiety. For ibs take what your gastro tells, but for anxiety related to ibs better consult a psychiatrist and take apt medications as gastro treating anxiety is not that ideal. All the best.
