You can stop all medicines, for removal of stone what is necessary is flushing of kidney we do give antibiotics and anti-inflammatory to relax the edema for some time but no use talking medicine for so long. If stone is more than 8 mm then surgery is needed but as you say stone is passed and you have no more stones you need not take any medicine.
