I have a problem in urination my urine culture report is normal my age is 24 years and I have hesitancy and incontinence while I micturition my sonography report says that my previous volume is 400 ml and post viral volume is 200 ml and I am not a diabetic patient and if I take alfugress tablet I feel ok but if don't take it I feel symptoms again please help me find out my disease my prostate weight is 15 gm.

It could be chronic prostatitis or sometimes tight bladder neck can cause these symptoms. Keep taking alfuzosin. It relaxes bladder neck. Check your pvrv after 1 month. You can add tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily for 1 month.

You can stop all medicines, for removal of stone what is necessary is flushing of kidney we do give antibiotics and anti-inflammatory to relax the edema for some time but no use talking medicine for so long. If stone is more than 8 mm then surgery is needed but as you say stone is passed and you have no more stones you need not take any medicine.

Dear Om Prakash. Causes of prostatitis may include infection, injury or an immune system disorder.
Symptoms include difficulty urinating, pain in the groin, pelvic area or genitals and, sometimes, flu-like symptoms.
Prostatitis may get better on its own. If it's caused by a bacterial infection, antibiotics may be prescribed.

Masturbation does not lead to prostatic hyperplasia. Passage of semen before urine or during sleep is common in unmarried person who do not masturbate. But if you masturbate then semen does not come out during sleep or during passing urine.

Pruflox is an antibiotic and not a treatment for benign prostate..its basically used in the scenerio of infection which may happen due to prostatic enlargement ..urine culture may guide appropriate antibiotic therapy.
