Alfoo or alfuzosin is alpha adrenergic receptor blocker, which helps in passage of urine by its action on bladder neck.
It is prescribed in sexually active males with lower urinary tract symptoms owing to prostatic obstruction.
Nu- bph is a phytotherapy for bph, prescribed off label as there are no conclusive studies to define their role in treatment of bph.
One of the components may have 5ari like activity, which reduces size. But still not proven by trials/ clinical studies.
