Asked for Male, 35 years old from Mumbai

Hello sir, from 2nd October I am having frequent urination issues. Specially starting from evening 6: 00 pm from 6 to 10: 00 pm. I am almost passing urine around 8 times. After that its fine. Also m feeling as if the pressure in urine is not good as it used to be. My urine routine, urine culture, usg for abdomen and prostate all are normal. Problem is still persisting. Also m feeling as if I am suffering from erectile disinfection my penis size in flaccid state is reduced much. I am highly stressed. Dr. has asked me to take Cital and urispas. I am taking this almost from 4 days but issue is still there. Please help. I am 36 years old. Also earlier I was having burning issues too which is solved now.

I have yellow urine and burning sensation from last 3 months. I already take cipro 500 as antibiotics for 7 days. But I did not get relief. I did urine test re and cs but no abnormalities there. Creatine level is 0.67. Sgot is 75. Usg of whole abandon is ok. I usually take 3 liters water from last 3 months. If I take a long gap between the taking of water. Urine becomes yellow and burning sensation. What to do sir? I did so many tests. First time in the usg it shows mild bladder cystitis but after 1 month I did again usg but there is no abnormalities.

Please get USG abdomen and pvrv and uroflow done. If reports are not satisfactory then you can start tab alfuzosin 10 mg once daily to increase the flow of urine.

Difficulty or delay in starting to urinate and also shyness when using a public toilet have no problems passing urine in private. Stopping and starting in the middle of urinating. After finishing, a bit more urine trickles out. After the flow stops and the man has adjusted his clothes, a few more drops can come out and can cause a wet patch on the trousers.

My prostate gland is enlarged and measures 34.534.642.3 mms and weighs 26. 4gms. In ultrasound, significant amount of post void residual urine volume (51.5 ml) in bladder cause Grade I Prostate enlargement. Further, in my right kidney hyperechoic foci measuring 4.34.2 mms and 4.23.8 mms are seen in middle calyx. CMD is clear. Last year stone size was 4 mm * 3 mm. I frequently go for urine and sometimes unable to control it. No pain in passing urine. In the night 1-2 times I go for urine. I had drunk lot of water in 1 year but stone size increased by 1 mm. PSA is 1.37. I don't smoke and don't drink. I am a vegetarian. What should I do?

Just keep drinking plenty of fluid. No treatment required for stones. If you feel your urine flow is not good or you are not able to control it then you can start tab alfuzosin 10 mg once daily for around 15 days and see how is the response.

Asked for male, 27 years old from Dehradun

My age is 27, height 5 ft 11 inch, weight 82 kg, unmarried. On 29 may ,i got 104f for 3 days. Urine report showed pus cell 18-25, rbc 10-12, bacteria 1+. I was having body ache all over. I took nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin for 15 days. On 1 july, my usg was normal and shown prostate size 21 cc. On 7 and 13 july, I got bleeding in semen. But after that there was no bleeding but I was having chillness in body and bone pain in hips and femur. On 14 aug 2020, my total psa was 2.06 ng/ml. Doctor did prostate ultrasound showing prostate volume 14. 8 cc. The prostate is normal in size, shape and shows ill defined parenchymal areas if increased echogenicity mainly limited to the anterior stromal zone and transitional zone of the prostate. The echogenic areas are seen extending and surrounding the opening of ejaculatory ducts on both side and there is preserved zonal differentiation noted in both lobes elsewhere. Possibility of chronic prostatitis needs to be ruled out. And my semen analysis showed 10-12 pus cell and also volume wqs very less around 1.5 ml.then he gave me ofloxacin 400 mg (bd, alfuzosin 10 mg (od) for 21 days. 8 days after taking that on 2 and 3 sep again I got bleeding in semen, I went to doc on 16 september after completing antibiotics course. On same day my total psa was done and it was 3.06 ng/ml (increase 1 ng/ml within one month but in 2016 ,it was 0.76 ng/ml ).i am having severe pain all over body specially hips site, femur connecting hip bone, feet arch pain on movement and rib cage pain, shoulder bone pain, joint pain and chillness all over body. My all these problem. Are increasing in daily basis. My body is becoming too painful day by day. I used to feel penis tip pain sometimes and I also have sore throat or something stuck in. Throat below layrnx (for which doc says might be due to acid reflux without checking. Can I have prostate cancer though rare at this age but my psa is increasing and having uncommon bone pain at uncommon bone sight?

No it's very very unlikely to have prostate cancer at your age. It seems to prostate infection which requires longer treatment. Don't worry.

Asked for male, 43 years old from Faridabad

I have suffering from left lower 3rd ureteral pain. USG was done and found multiple kidney stone size 4 to 5.8 mm stones and one stones is seen in ureter 3rd lower. I was admitted for USS but during CT KUB contrast is not seen any calculus in kidney or ureter. So cancel the plan for USS. But I have still pain in left lower side of stomach. What to do please suggest.

If contrast CT abdomen is normal then nothing serious issue. It could be muscle spasm or colitis. Sometimes chronic prostatitis can give these symptoms. You can start tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily and tab alfuzosin 10 mg once daily for 15 days and see how is the response.

I've been having a tiny sore in the opening of urethra (in meatus) since 1 month. It was started when I had masturbation After two days I feel burning urination in the tip of pennis and I started consuming more fluids which makes slight better and tiny sore in meatus gone away after 4 days. I had checkedup with urologist and uralysis reports shows few uric acid, some epithelial cells and few amorphous crystals others normal. Now suffering with symptoms: 1. Burning urination sometimes. 2. Frequent urination when consuming more water mostly in night. 3. Slight pain near the tip of pennis after or during ejaculation/masturbation. 4. Slight Pain comes and go away in lower back including left side and in groin for 2 or 3 minutes. 5. Slight pain during activities for sometime. 6. Cloudy urine sometimes. 7. Yellow color urine instead of consuming water.

It is better tonget USG abdomen and pvrv done. If normal start tab bacstol 200 mg twice daily and tàb alfuzosin 10 mg once daily for 15 days and see how is the response. These symptoms could be due to chronic prostatitis or sometimes stones can cause this. If USG abdomen is showing swelling in kidney get ncct abdomen also.
