Not clear whether she has cold, wheezing sound on coughing, bodyache and fever. Watering of nose and reflux acidity causes cough on lying down. She should lie down in a propped up position. Continue same medicine take sips of water regualrly. If no relief case has to be reviewed after 2-3 days.
