I think these cough medicines will not help her much. High bp may be putting load on heart or she is still having postive water balance in body. You should consult one cardiologist for echo and optimisation of your medicines and also get one xray done to see for any fluid. If there then you need to intensify dialysis more to thrice per week atleast till she achieves normal water balance in body.
