Levocetricine is a anti cold medicine and montelukast is a allergic medicine. Pharmacologically levocetrizine is a new generation Anti histaminic and montelukast a leukotriene antogonist.
L montus is a combination of above two tablets given for allergic rhinitis. Allergic asthma allergic cough etc kindly revert back.

1. Avoid exposure to cold
2. Take bath with little warm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

Hello lybrate-user since you have fungal infections using only creams taken and some random medicine wil not help
please consult a dermatologist/skin specialist to help you get rid of skin infection before it increases and spreads also maintain good hygiene which will help prevent spread of infection further.

It is impossible to relieve it in one day. Kindly get a complete sino-nasal evaluation done for a permanent solution. You need to rule out sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, vasomotor phenomenon, deviated nasal septum, sino-nasal infection and such other differentials. As a home measure you can very well try levocetirizine, it is harmless.

By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?
