Take only paracetamol. You can take a non sedating antihistamine like fexofenadine. Drink plenty of warm, salty fluids like soups, etc.avoid outside food or drinks. Take bed rest after your exam to give time for your body to cope with the stresd.

This data shows you are very sensitive and gets allergic disease commonly. I would advice meeting an allergy specialist is medicines can't control it.
A peripheral blood smear should be performed.
Medicines commonly used for allergy include monteleukast
levocetrizine, fexofenadine, sodium cromoglycate, nsaids,steroids
do contact me for further diagnosis and treatment or if you still have some doubts you want to clear.
