Immediately stop consuming protein rich foods like dals, non veg, egg, milk products also though buttermilk can be consumed. Simple soups, gruels, sago porridge, dal water can be consumed.
Consume resource renal powder 2 scoops mixed in 200 ml warm water twice daily at 10 am n 10 pm.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours.
1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily.

Hi.
For anybody who has raised bp at a younger age, thorough investigation are to be done to look for cause of bp. Just taking bp pills is not the solution. Discuss about this with your doctor. Also, first make sure that your bp is really raised all time. Many times, bp rises temporarily due to apprehension, fear or anxiety. You can consider 24 hours ambulatory bp monitoring test.
