Very unlikely the cause may be by amlodipine, rather change your daily lifestyle like drinking adequate water daily, no or less junks, more of fibers and less carb diets. That will help you a lot. Also get one physician consultation regarding hypertension any change of dosages/ compositions.

Little bit difference. Side effects like swelling over legs is less with S-Amlodipine, Also efficacy is little superior of S-Amlodipine but if her BP is controlled with Amlodipine you can continue with that.

Immediately stop consuming protein rich foods like dals, non veg, egg, milk products also though buttermilk can be consumed. Simple soups, gruels, sago porridge, dal water can be consumed.
Consume resource renal powder 2 scoops mixed in 200 ml warm water twice daily at 10 am n 10 pm.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others.

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours.
1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily.

Hello hope you are keeping safe 1) I understand your concern, and from your history it looks like allergic contact dermatitis to the plants / plant weeds you were mowing. 2) you can use
- a mild steroid based lotion like desonide - antihistamine like cetrizine/ atarax for itching - a medicated moisturizer like dermadew / cetaphil
- a medicated non soap cleanser for bath.
