Hello, Normal blood pressure is 120/80. It may vary slight person to person. If you are having amlovas 2.5 then continue it. Don't discontinue suddenly. Monitor blood pressure for 8 days then consult your physician. Then only take the decision. Do regular yoga & meditation.

Apply facial cleanser with your fingertips instead of a washcloth, sponge or brush. Use lukewarm water, not very hot water. Because oily hair can make acne worse, wash your hair every day if needed. Do not pick at your face or squeeze your acne.

Stop using t.it's mainly for oily skin. Start using mild face washes like cetaphil face wash. If acne is your issue, try himalaya neem face wash.

Hypertension at your age i.e 33 is not expected. You need a thorough evaluation to look for any secondary causes of hypertension at such young age like hypothyroidism, sleep apnoea, renal disorders.
Once we rule out all the secondary and correctable causes then we can plan the medication part.
