Please get a skin prick allergy testing done to find out what you are allergic to and take treatment accordingly. Allegra and cetirizine are not the solution for allergy as they do not address the root cause.

Just randomly taking supplements wont help. First you need to know which nutrients you are deficient in. Get your vitamin B12 tested along with haemoglobin, vitamin D, thyroid profile and sugar levels.
