tancet seems to be an antihistamine which can be taken along with pari, but can cause excessive sedation. Elastin tablet isnt mentioned in literature, so you need to mention the chemical/ molecule name. When a second doctor prescribes a medicine, always inform him the primary medicines you are on, so that he will be able to check and prescribe without any major interactions. Good luck

There are a couple of things you need to do to avoid this thing to happen from your end, avoid everything that causes you problem, could be dust, cold water, juices, sugary foods, some food items, ice creams, sour foods etc, avoid prolonged ac exposure, and use mask wherever possible and yes you do need a course of anti-allergic for a short time, which obviously will hold your problem for few months hopefully. For any further queries please text in private.

Good evening. You need to consult and show the lesions to a qualified dermatologist before a diagnosis and treatment can be prescribed. Since you have completed 1 month of self treatment, I think its about time you consult a professional either in person or via online consultation at the very least.
