You should not use dettol or cetrizine without proper consultation. Check for any skin rash or any sign of skin disease.
If there is nothing like that you may give hepatoprotective syrup.

Yes you can take. There is no side effect like weight loss. Preferably take at bed time as it can cause drowsiness.
