Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. As arthritis is very common that you get generally bilaterally. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone.

General Physician•
Dear lybrate-user
the protein levels mentioned by you are definitely not normal. These are probably due to an underlying disease. Treatment of the specific disease will bring your protein levels down. Unfortunately there are no drugs which will act only on bringing the protein down. Please share more details of your condition, so I may guide you to more tests if needed to determine your specific condition.
Take care.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
An antibody/antigen test that uses blood from a vein can find hiv 18 to 45 days after you're exposed to the virus. Newer antigen/antibody combination tests (you might hear them called “fourth generation” tests) can find hiv in 99% of people who are tested within 13 to 42 days of exposure.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
