Hi!
serratiopeptidase has a long history in medicine and is widely used to combat various kinds of inflammation and inflammatory disorders. Serratiopeptidase or serrapeptase is a protein (proteolytic) enzyme isolated from the non-pathogenic enterobacteria serratia e15 found in silkworms. It doesn't dissolve the scar. If you want best treatment for your scar, better you use anti scar gels initially and if not responding you can go for laser scar revision modalities like fraxel laser, prp etc.

You need to go for MRI L-S spine for it...
This will give you definitely results...and further steps for treatment...without it, it will be difficult to answer any treatment for it...
By that time, you can go for back-belt for some relief in it.
Still if you have any queries, please let me know.
Take care :)

Chymoral forte alone is sufficient at this stage and it a more safe drug than kedac-sp which is a combination of aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. If you have pain you can apply hot packs and ice packs alternatively around the periphery of the stitched areas and painful regions.

There is nothing to worry. Betadine mouth gargles twice a day along with tab.Ibugesic plus will be sufficent. If u have recurrent sore throat then tab.Septilin 2 tab twice a day for 1 month will be very effective in that situation.

You must be having a recurrent disc prolapse sec to over weight .For a person having 5.1 feet, a weight of 103 kg is high. I would suggest
1 For time being g take anti inflammatory and serratiopeptidase tablets
2 Use a lumbosacral corset custom made
3 Join a back school programme to prevent recurrence.

Hello thanks for reaching out. Zerodol sp helps in reducing pain and swelling both. If advised not to take by a physician, you could give her paracetamol 650 mg for pain and an anti-inflammatory like serratiopeptidase for the swelling. Cryotherapy, bracing, rest and guided rehab can help her immensely.
Feel at liberty to contact for a detailed consutation regarding her problems.

Hi , thank you for your question . HDL or high density lipoprotein is a complex of protein and lipids . It is involved in the transport of excess cholesterol in cells in the periphery to the liver which is ultimately excreted from the body. Having higher HDL levels , is beneficial for cardiovascular health that is in simple words ,it is beneficial for heart and vessels.
