- If your problem is chronic then it could be due to allergy or chronic sinusitis, nasal problem like a polyp or a deviated nasal septum or due to a weak immunity
- take some precautions, avoid, dust, smoke, pollens, pet dander if you have a pet
- instil normal saline drops, 2 drops in each nostril three times a day as dryness can lead to recurrent infection
- have more of warm fluids, avoid all cold fluids including aerated drinks
