Hi, they are not related. You need to take more protein (egg white, wheat etc) to improve albumin level and since you have severe anemia you also need hematinics/iron supplements to improve you haemoglobin level.

Dear ,
it is a protein which should not be thrown out in urine. However in absence of infection and bleeding in urine it usually suggests some sort of kidney damage which may be because of variety of diseases and one most common culprit being diabetes.

Dear If you do not have complained then urine examination will show albumin along with its quantity like trace, +, ++ or more. If so then it indicates some kidney problem same thing can happen if you have infection or blood in urine. So either get 24 hour urine protein estimation and sonography or consult a nephrologist. Hi,
Albumin is normally found in the blood and filtered by the kidneys. When the kidneys are working as they should, there may be a very small amount of albumin in the urine. But when the kidneys are damaged, abnormal amounts of albumin leak into the urine
you need to get detailed check up to rule out any major Future health risk.

Low albumin count can be due to various conditions. You need to get the condition rectified first to get albumin count in place. No foods will improve albumin count if underlying condition is not corrected.
