Proteins in urine can happen when their high bp during pregnancy. After delivery as bp comes back to normal, proteins in urine also stop. So need not do anything. Just get her urine sample checked once again.

trace amount of albumin in urine may be a normal finding in some cases.. like urinary tract infections in recent past. if there are no urinary symptoms at present u do not need to worry. but if there are any urinary complaints, please consult a urologist or a nephrologist for detailed investigation an opinion.
