Last time did my urine examination my albumin was showing ++ and occult blood test was positive. But after 1 month did my test now my albumin showing trace and occult blood test negative. It's good or bad kindly advice.

During routine checkup my serum calcium was 10.6 (normal range was 10.2), also my albumin in lft panel was 4.7,total protien was 6.7. My ionized calcium is 1.22 (normal 1.12-1.32). Do my serum calcium needs correction against albumin. And is my reports are ok?

Reports are normal.
That does no mean you do not need any management depending on other factors your doctor will decide that.

My bilirubin found 1.01 ml. And albumin globulin ratio found, 3.53 :1 but at that report one doctor notified me you have one kidney some problem it's truth. Albumin Globulin ratio are usually gives for what purpose of test, kindly advise me. Regards.

As of now bilirubin seems to be okay and for kidney status Get your blood checked for Creatine UrineR and follow up with reports.

Urine samples have urine albumin slight trace. Also FBS sugar level is 120. Blood hemoglobin is 11.8, lymphocytes 48, esr 25, creatine level 1. Any issues with albumin slight trace? Is there any serious medical conditions?

Most of the parameters mentioned look within normal limits, except FBG. Blood glucose 120 mg is in the pre-diabetic category. There is no mention of after food glucose level Also no height and weight details are given. Thanks.
