Increase the intake of liquid and see if your condition improves. Otherwise talk to your psychiatrist, he may adjust the dose.

Welcome back lybrate-user. Congratulations for remaining without alcohol for 50 days. Please give yourself some gift out of the money saved so far, by not buying alcohol. Now you need to stop librium also. Please take librium 10 mg or 1/2 of 25 mg for 2 weeks and then stop it fully.

Librium has a long half life and even if you stop it will be in the system and will not cause any withdrawl symptoms (that is the reason why doctors slowly taper drugs that are vbeing taken ). :you ca. N follw any regime does not matter. You can stop suddenly nothing should happen but before stopping what is the response of original condition for which it was prescribed has to be considered.

Taking zapiz is not the solution. You are suffering from mixed anxiety and depression. I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and start medications and psychotherapy.

Lybrate user.
You are working on effects of anxiety but how about working on main cause of it.
As you already know that it has started from an incident in past so why it has created such impact need to work on that. With medication if you do counselling and psychotherapy you will b able to see the change fast. Metaphor therapy works very good to overcome past issues.

They have limitless side effects...
My suggestion is to take homoeopathic treatment.
With all these hormonal supplements you are likely to suffer for long time.
