Kindly do the following:
1. Change the undergarments daily and wash it with good detergent & fresh water.
2. Clip the nails and wash hands before cooking, while eating etc. If you have of nail biting, it should be
avoided completely.

Albendazole dosage is 400 mg at night for adult.

Repeat the dosage after 14 days if necessary.

Recurrance of the worm infestation is due to reinfection. So maintain personal hygiene properly, meaning wash your hands with soap and water before taking food every time. wash hands with soap and water after visiting toilet. without washing your hands donot eat any thing. Worms is generally a family problem though all will not show symptoms. So all family members should be treated at the same time with bandy. Also look for any other source for repeated infection. Keep nails cut properly. Eat only home food as it's more hygienic that any outside food. Wash hands properly before eating.
See area around motion area for redness.
Treat constipation if any.
