Hi
there are a few things that can trigger urticaria. Try and notice if these cause a flare up for you:
pain killers
very hot or cold water
sunlight
alcohol food colors
food preservatives
dust and pollen
also, make sure of what new food intake you have had 1-2 hrs before urticaria sets in
you may require a course of second generation antihistamines to control the itching. I would suggest you to have a proper direct consultation once.

It is the the allergic condition and it can be well managed with Loratadine with psuedoephedrine it can be taken twice in day, drink more water, and have hot drinks too

If the pain experience at the time of bending then the symptom could b due to sinusitis I would suggest to try Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine three times in day if the symptoms persists then ct of brain is advisable

wash eyes with fresh water twice a day

Do not douche or use powders or sprays on your vulvar area. Try not to scratch. Use a cold pack or a cool bath to treat itching. For severe itching, try an oral antihistamine, such as a non-drowsy one like loratadine (Claritin) one that might make you sleepy, like diphenhydramine (Benadryl).
