I hope that you are not diabetic. Anticholinergic drugs like GLYCOPYRROLATE but it has complications such as dry mouth ,constipation and confusion. If you apply locally these complications not take place as it does not cross blood barrier

Check with your brushing method. And time of brushing. In brushing method use rotation movement and brushing timing shd be 2to 4 min. Use senstising paste.
