generally one month period is enough to get the desired results, but in some cases it may take a longer time. It depends on many factors like the severity of the illness, age of the patient etc. Better complete the 2-month course as prescribed by your doctor, and then if there is no improvement you can ask the doctor for other medicines.

Hi! proper history is must ,fluoxetine take 6 to 8 week with with adequate dose upto 100 mg per day then we can say drug is not working so please reconsult your psychiatrist & review your treatment ,if it doesn't work then you will be switched to other ssri or snri drug.

Hi, first of all I would suggest you that for medication part you should talk to your treating doctor so that he can make changes in doses or medicines. Secondly I would highly suggest you to go for cbt and erp therapies with a good psychotherapist. Cognitive behaviour therapy works wonders in case of anxiety and exposure response prevention therapy works very effectively in ocd.

You are on wrong line of treatment. Try foracort 400 2 puff twice/day with spacer, tab ventidox m 1tab/day at 5 pm. Try to reduce inj betnesol if possible. Nebulization with solbair I 3-4/day
