Get your fasting, pp blood sugar, HbA1c test done. You will be considered as diabetic if any of following present.
Fasting blood sugar 126 mg/dl. Or more. Or
Pp blood sugar 200 mg/dl. Or more. Or
HbA1c 6.5 or more.
Random blood sugar 200 or more with symptoms of hyperglycemia.

Hello Sir,
By sugar, I presume you mean diabetes.
Type-2 diabetes in about 50 percent of people is asymptomatic- that means they do not have any symptoms. It is found out incidentally by doing blood glucose test for some other reason. In about 50 percent, the patients have symptoms like loss of weight, increased hunger and thirst, increased urination, tiredness, skin problems etc.

- Diabetes is the increase in blood sugar of the person
- it could be type 1 wherein there is lack of insulin production by the pancreas & type 2 ( more commonly found) wherein insulin is produced but there is a problem with its utilization by the body cells, in both cases the blood sugar increases.

I want to know what all fruits could be eaten for diabetic type 1 I am diabetic now I have some issue with liver I am having ayurvedic medicine diabecon dx and Nidd forte should I continue with ayurvedic or should I change over I am 32 BP and cholesterol r normal I have no Control over food habits is drink beer for the past two months drank lots sometime I smoke I chew pan and also put chain knee due to stress and anxiety I want a change over now for the past two days I don't drink but chew pan and packet pan my ass ole burns when I go to loo and also sometimes my penis also burns when I pee sometimes both happens simultaneously I had left drinking for the past 1.5 years completely and recently started before three months continuously everyday should I keep it controlled over it or should I drop it completely or is it OK if I have once a while that to only beer I'm having for the past three months please help me it's a humble request I have taken a blood test if I can attach the copy I can.

I have gone through the details given. I do see you really have a problem, which is directly related to drinking alcohol (whether beer or otherwise) and consumption of pan packets. Secondly there is no mention about your blood glucose control. No fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c% as well as no mention of current treatment (quantitity & type of Insulin being taken as you have T1 DM).
