Hello Some times the white discharge is of some what cloudy and bloody kind of. So it might be white discharge not that blood clot.

Homoeopathic medicine
R-42 Drops( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily
ARNICA 30 (Dr Reckeweg) Drink 5 drops direct on tongue or in 1 spoon fresh water daily night
Avoid continuous standing for more than 15 minutes
Wear Compression Stockings on the effected area as it helps normal flow of blood in veins.

If you are bleeding from longer time please get your haemoglobin tested first. Also get her examined by a gynecologist and do ultrasound. Heavy menses can be treated with 3 months course of medicines.
