If you had recurrence on a dose, which you are sure was not missed then your dose can be increased if tolerated. Beyond medicines, there is option of radio frequency ablation which is an invasive procedure in case of recurrent episodes.

In cases with arrhythmias with high risk of clotting, dabigat or warfarin is given to protect from clotting. That's all right. Don't worry. Just get usg kub prostrate and s psa to rule out cancer. Nothing to worry, prostate problems are very common.
