The adenosine deaminase (ADA) test is not a diagnostic test, but it may be used along with other tests such as pleural fluid analysis, acid-fast bacillus (AFB) smear and culture, and/or tuberculosis molecular testing to help determine whether a person has a Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection (tuberculosis or TB)

Svt occurs when the electrical signals that coordinate your heartbeats don't work properly. For some people, a supraventricular tachycardia episode is related to an obvious trigger, such as exercise, stress or lack of sleep

Creatine is a natural substance that turns into creatine phosphate in the body. Creatine phosphate helps make a substance called adenosine triphosphate (ATP). ATP provides the energy for muscle contractions.
The body produces some of the creatine it uses. It also comes from protein-rich foods such as meat or fish.Taking it is associated with side effects

You seem to be suffering from anxiety disorder rather than a psvt. Loazep (clonazepam) is a powerful anxiolytic, but is not advisable in such high doses as you use over a long period of time, as it produces cognitive changes, disinhibition, personality changes, etc. Anxiety also produces hypertension. I suggest you to consult a psychiatrist and gradually reduce clonazepam, which will be replaced with ssris as necessary. Ciplar on a longer run can be taken. All the best.

For paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia you need to consult a cardiologist who have is an ep specialist. So far as angiography goes conventional angiography gives the final answer. Ct angiography is more of a screening test. If the heart is'weakening' better to go for conventional angiography to check if any vessels are blocked. In delhi all good centres like medanta, fortis escorts and aiims have the required facilities.
