do not worry. It is very common in your age. But you have to take some precautions. If your skin is an oily type, you should avoid oily, fried, spicy foods. Drink plenty of water. Neem is a wonderful herb that will help you for sure. Boil some neem leaves in water and keep it over night. Next morning wash your face with that water and allow till it get dry. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Good evening. Tretiva 20 contains isotretinoin. It is commonly used in the treatment of stubborn acne and strict precautions are advised so that you do not concieve while on it or within 1 month of stopping it. self treatment is highly dangerous behaviour. The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important.
