You seem to be having a tension headache.
Avoid stress. Donot overthink.
Give rest to your mind.
Have proper sleep.
Eat something you love to elevate your mood.
When you feel happy, your headache will be gone.

1.Do Warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily.
2.put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily.
3.Take Honitus syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily

Are you having any other problem eg discharge from eyes, swelling, pain in eyes, fever.
Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Do hot wet fomentation of eyes for 5-10 min 3-4 times a day. Keep eyes clean.

If it has been diagnosed as a viral illness rest & paracetamol with usual diet is sufficient.To take care of dehydration caused by diarrhoea (most likely viral) plenty of water ,ORS is recommended.
